i feel invincible. i'm at 138.4 or around there, and my intake has been great lately, as well as my output.
i'm kind of scared about exercising though, because i don't want to put on muscle weight. it's a lot easier for me to put on muscle since i'm a boy, so... i don't know, i've mainly been doing cardio. i might just drop my intake in half from now on and skip exercise.
we'll see.
